It's really sad that people merely watching the clips on YouTube and not the full-length documentary are arguing this baby's gender. Once again, Ponijoa (the Namibian baby) and Bayarjargal (the Mongolian) are boys and Hatti (the American) and Mari (the Japanese) are girls. it doesn't matter what you think or how cute he looks, he's a BOY!

I thought she was a boy too until I read an interview with the Babies' parents and her mother referred to her as a "she": "Ponijao is [now] two-and-a-half years old, trying to be three years old. She likes to dance, all day, playing with other kids. We eat fish with her, porridge and milk."
