You should blog about the kimchi shortage! Haha. My sister makes her own and says she will eat a lot in honor of the shortage. :P (I've had Korean twice recently! Delish.)
I heard you mention "friends". I was wondering if these were friends you met while in SK or are they people you knew before going to SK? I am a little concerned that I won't find people to hang out with that are my age or have my same interests once I move there to teach.
Oddly enough my name is Amanda too. I found your channel while I was searching for people's experiences while teaching in SK. I have been working on teaching in SK since the summer and now I have a phone interview on Monday. I am so glad you decided to post an update. I noticed that people often travel to surrounding countries while teaching in SK. If you have the opportunity I would like you to post a video mentioning the approximate cost of traveling while there.
@amel1007 Hey there name twin. Sorry for the late response. Umm, travel expenses definitely depend on where you want to go. As for my "friends" I have both friends I've met here and friends that I knew from other places. And I have foreign and Korean friends. Don't worry though, there are a LOT of teachers here in Korea and I think it's pretty easy to meet other foreigners.
@BlackPopcornKitten My house?! OMG, my apartment is small and boring! I didn't even put up my BoA poster yet. T_T
And I would but my kigurumi was left back in the States. It was much too bulky to pack and not deemed a necessity. I may buy another when I go back to Japan though.
can't wait to see your head band hual =D! Have you heard of the bunny head band? it popular in Japan right now. It's a piece of wire with material over it and you wrap it around...to create bunny ears x]

@iluvlondon08 Actually, I have a teachers' field trip in Seoul coming up next week, so I think I'll take a video at the palace! :D
Night... yes, I need to do that. I am often in Hongdae, so I should make a video of that! Thank you for the suggestions!

I would like to see what Korea looks like, maybe you could take some quick clips of some cool things around your house?
Also- there's nothing better than lounging around your house in your kigurumi with a bowl of soup when you're sick- I highly recommend it~

As you wanted, I'm leaving a comment; it's great to see you're doing well and enjoying your time in Korea.
As for what you could possibly show... You could show off your town, like where you shop for groceries, local parks, stuff like that.
With that said, take care of yourself :D

@Taimaka lol, is my town really interesting? Man, I think it's so boring. I always go to Seoul. I could maybe show everyone E-Mart or something...
