Notre Dame already has a QB, WR, and a Coach, but they do need is better tackling, conditioning, and srrength. These are three intangibles that Brian Kelly will bring to ND. It has been the foundation of his success. Weis has left him some great talent. Not drinking the kool-aid here, but I played football like most of you and we all know how important fundementals are, and how much of an impact they can have vs a team that isn't fundamentally sound(ND)
