I would have to say out of all of the male characters, Vega has got to be my favorite one! I love the claw, love the mask, really love the mysterious and smoky voice, and I love his arrogance especially! Favorite female character is Chun-Li, and I'm not going to even explain why I love her so much and think that she's awesome. She's so awesome, that she needs no reasons or explanations why!!

it actually does alot of damage(about40% full ultra) and with the mask off even more damage (about 50% full ultra) .
