the wallpaper is from the virus known as trojan.desktophijack it scared the user into downloading and purchasing the rogue software

It happened to my laptop, but it was an application saying that I had an spyware, and after I closed it, the same thing appeared after every 5 minutes, and that virus also made my laptop's control panel disappear
