  • i swear im like every single one of these lol! everything i have is mentioned in each of them, apart from the 4th one, cos my body looks NOTHING like that, and i never get up and hour before the alarm clock :)

  • I have no idea which body type I am suppose to be.

  • I am the liver type! I already knew because I read the book. I do indeed have daily pain in the right shoulder.

    SInce I'm that type, I'm having a soup made of carrots, cabbage, cauliflower and onions. They are rich in sulfur and potassium.

  • Just buy the book. By the way, abdo exercises will not help. But they're good for your back, though.
