If I remember correctly, older pudding recipes were significantly thicker than modern puddings, so "slice through you like pudding" would make sense in that context.

about the black fever...if you keep the claw of beliar and pray to beliar for upgrades to the sword at one time you will be immune to the seekers (dont know if it is a bug but i never got the blurry red dialog effect when talking to a seeker when i had the claw)...also you can get some powerfull runes form beliar as a mage (and you dont have to learn how to make them at all !!!)

You forgot to mention that Lord Hagen lets you join the paladins after showing him Cornelius' diary if you are in the militia.

hahahaha i pickpocketed cornelius in chapter 2 (can be in 1 but i talked alredy to lord hagen pretty sure can be done in ch 1) and wen i readed it...well i got da proof while in ch2 :D

BTW I think you've said it before but i never heard it :D Why didn't you do Jharkendar first?In chapter 1?

@X3n0cBG You can't do Jharkendar in chapter 1, since you need a letter of recommendation from Vatras so Saturas trusts you and Vatras won't give that to you until you meet Lord Hagen and trigger chapter 2.

But I didn't do Jharkendar in chapter 2 because I was too low level, which would've made Jharkendar a bitch to get through. And I was too lazy to go grind a few levels.

I could take about 2 or 3 fireballs from a seeker before dying. Just depends on what you've got. This other guy playing Gothic II seems to be able to take over 10 hits from them.

@Huntershows HOP and Water Magician Armor ,i would be amazed if he couldnt take 5 hits at least.

Caucherman should have been to Jharkendar,he is very weak as a magician in chapter 3

You actually should be able to take on at least one seeker. I remember being able to do it, but than again I always Jarkenden as soon as possible.

@Garsemor Eh, I just need some proper spells. Ice Block for example should make them way easier. Or a summoned Golem or so also makes them bearable.
