2K has the better looking game. I'm not a EA or 2K cheerleader, just want the best basketball game possible. I've downloaded both demos and have played Elite 11 alot more. I'm not saying Elite is better than 2K but all I know is that I've played the Elite demo alot more. I think mostly because I feel like I have total control over the player I'm using. Elite still has alot of work to do in the next 2-3 years if they want to be competitve. With MJ in 2K, Elite has no chance this year.

what about the My Player mode interviews for 2K11 they have? there is a brief video on the 2K website that shows how you are going to interact through interviews to change team chemistry, personal image, and league approval. Could create some interesting aspects to the game. Smack talking in the playoffs during an interview could make for some interesting rivalaries.
u noe what! 2k10 shooting is also base on luck no matter how they said about the "perfect release". ok when u get a perfect release, tell me how can u make sure it goes in or not. If its perfect release and u have a high rating player, its more likely to go in. If u have a bad shooter then the probability of getting in will be less. simple

And about the control system, that doesn't mean anything, there are a lot of type of control systems and they thought that this was realistic...

EA created live, EA created Lakers vs Celtics, Then changed the name to NBA Showdown, Then Eventually went to live, and now elite.... so LA for Boston was the first live bassically..... and for the comment.... He sort of does....

we need to stop figthting about 2k and elite/live both r good games they just r better in different areas of basketball, like 2k is easier in the post and elite/live is harder but both games r trying really hard to improve in they're weak areas so please just stop all this nonsense

When I heard him say that, I couldn't take him seriously after that.
Not to mention he was wrong about why the name change. They didn't scrap the whole crew, they brought in ONE person. That person was the lead designer from the NHL series. He single handly propelled EA's NHL series to top notch by himself, and he was brough in to do the same with Elite.
