  • @madscientistify i don't somebody to copy our music to make me realise that the song is great. this is terrible. and shows lack of creativity on the girl. and of course hinder her development musically.

  • mother fucker jack ass steeling my favourite song bitch maisha is kenyan language fucking dumb ass copping kenyan songs

  • Comment removed

  • i still don't concur with you @kigunda, a countless number artists have copied and are still copying songs word for word because it's acceptable with certain conditions under the copyright act. like i said before whitney houston copied ''i'll always love you

' word for word, lauryn hill and the fugees copied " killing me softly" word for word, celine dion copied " because you love me " word for word. i can go on and on because references are endless, all thes are called copyrights.

  • it bad enough that the guy is passed away but you guys taking the song word for word. what happened to africans unite?????????? you south africans are stupid for doing that. copy right or not . black on black? thats why you guys are being ruled by the whites .

  • What? seriously you kenyans are telling that you've never heard of the copyright act? it means i can redo your song and we both still get paid. in other words nameless is making more money from the south african version because of the hefty royalties dished out by that country's lucrative music industry............man i still can't believe you kenyans......by the way whitney houston did a copyright of ''i 'll always love you'' which she made bigger than the original.

  • @kovich74 I, as probably all kenyans voicing their opposition to such blatant disregard of the law, do know copyright laws and 'fair use' as spelt out in section 12 SA copyright act and the entire part 4 of the kenyan copyright act does not include reproducing material word for word. Secondly, nameless was on tv a while back and said that he was surprised when a friend told him his work was being plagiarized so obviously he wasn't being paid. Who is the ignorant one now?

  • @kigunda i still don't concur with you, like i said, whitney houston copied ''i'll always love you'' word for word, lauryn hill and the fugees copied ''killing me softly'' word for word, celine dion copied'' because you love me'' word for word, i can go on and on because the references are endless, all these are called copyrights, no one has been sued and none has ever cried foul, except for you kenyans of course and i still don't understand you. because nameless would sue if there was a crime.

  • @kigunda like your fellow countryman or woman cousumelessmandra asks '' what happened to africa unite?'' because you kenyans are acting like you don't wanna share. if any crime was comitted against nameless, there would have been a major law suit, but alas there's none, because wether you aggree with me or not nameless got paid, he wouldn't have just stayed back and watched, who doesn't want sweatless money anyway?

  • @kovich74 maybe after these two or three years of this feud threatening to divide people, truth is all is now cool and nameless is getting royalties for it, ..copyright and its infringement was and is obviously still misunderstood in Kenya but they truth of the matter is that it was the credit for the song was given to the wrong party is all, and Kenyans or long havent been used to the idea of an artist not writing own lyrics yet it happens all over.

  • Kenbat need to drop into this S.African studio waangushe guruneti pale ndani. This lady needs to apologise!!!!

  • Ma fuckin biatchies....what the hell type of low life is they to steal a dead Lengeds freakin song...go fuck some one and get ur damn song

  • WHAT THE FUCK!! Fuckin thief bitches!!! Make your own music biyatches!!!

  • this is an outrage.............eti pass the what...?? a song from namesless word for word...

  • how the hell can they steal the song from My man Nameless????????thats mean.....

  • that bitch deserve sum big long dick in her asss fuck her y not make her own music

  • fuck this s.a bunch of thugs undermining kenyan talent!

  • looooool! black ass nigger. dude u still go to hell with ur bich. nameless do something .

  • Isn't it supposed to be pronounced My-ee-sha? I'm just an American, so I really don't know. Help me out.

  • how was it possible for these losers to get away wit dis shit

  • @ nelsonasangu you took the words right out of my mouth! and i bet Nameless never got any credit for it! Damn man! R.I.P E-Sir

  • they can't even pronounce the word "maisha" right. sounds so pathetic, the whole song is a scum

  • Yeah you're right. I cringe whenever they say "may-sha!" or whatever. they should be ashamed of themselves.

  • fuck sa n any one like em.copycats

  • Good to see Kenyans set-up a lyrical & tune example for the South Africans to follow....there's more from whence that came from.....Jamaicans are always using each other's riddims and in that way they all prosper.....so i hope SA's willn't fuss next time a kenyan uses "their" tune and lyrics...Eh?

  • okay this is typical a copy paste case....they even took some parts that esir and nameless didnt have in their main lyrics but jus came up in studio the PASS "THE COVASIER" ha ha ha......its wrong coz this song should credit nameless and esir kabisa....even the beep beep ....oh brutha..........BUT A TWIST TO THIS WHOLE THING IS THAT ESIR AND NAMELESS ALSO PIRATED THIS TUNE FROM SOME RUSSIANS....atleast they took only the melody.....hawa wa south africa ni wezi....ama nameless amelipwa..

  • This is not a remix though, well in my view anyway cause the drum pattern is the same, the chords are the same, the notes are the same. Only difference is they replaced the sounds and some swahili words. Kenyans don't be mad, be proud to be imitated. Plus nameless won the civil suit anyway.

  • ibeni tu ni meisha zenu.bure kabisa mafi ya kuku.

  • MWIZIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!! but i like her voice!! she should try and be original!!!! and what is cavassiee!!! say it right then!!!

  • i actually like this remix

  • Comment removed

  • africans always hating each other, if they paid nameless what is it to you guyz?.......punks....kenyans just know how to fight each other, we are so good at that

  • we are fighting the thieves not each other....let Kenyans be Kenyans.

  • U cant even pronounce Maisha

  • You know what they say: Imitation is the best form of flattery. So, kenyans shouldn't cuss at them but rather we should be glad that our infuence is reaching far beyond our borders. Long Live E-sir na Kenya iwakilishe dunia nzima, au sio?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Stupid Ghetto fabulous bitchezzz!!! Nani aliwaambia munaweza iba wimbo yetu jes like that!!! Brare khasia nyinyi, tabia mbaya mbaya za chooni!! Pu... hamnaaa na hamuwes make... jijazini by the way..

  • haha ati meisha.......

  • I like it,

As I really do, I also think that they are making Eser's talent go on.

I am a kenyan too an I say good job girls.

  • i dont mind that the southerners copied our (KENYAN) song..but the fact that they copied the great LEGEND E-SIRs song has pissed the fuck out of me!! motherfuckin..talentless bastards! and anyway..look at how many views this song has compared to the ORIGINAL KENYAN VERISON! the southern one has 9110 views whereas the KENYAN one has 17,856 views!! hahahahahaha!! LOSERS

  • Comment removed

  • Mathafuck this stupid bitches and they have half an ass to even make a fuckin video, i know our music is very admirable to dem Southerners but pliz stick to kwaito and mzansi and leave our artists alone..... mapumbavu!!!!

  • kwendeni uko wezi nyinyi!!!..meaning u can't produce ur own......u ruining the song!!!

  • man who this impersonaters terrible the girl cant sing for food!

  • im pretty sure its ogopa who gave it to them.... ha ha anyway how wd they get this song????? ask urselves

  • u know what galz am not tryin 2 hate on u all am askin is what kind of arse-holes r u ?.. thats just low even by ur region standards,i would still hate ur version even if u sang it butt naked.muppets

  • You can say all you want Mami, Kenya tuko Juu ile alarm!!

  • I think this is the group Gal Level from... is it Namibia or something?

Ogopa DJ's dominate the airwaves there, so I'm guessing they read the potential of the song and revived it to the southerners' taste.

That said, imitation is the most honest form of flattery, ama? :)

  • steal everything huh?

hata the word maisha u cant say well

Anyway, R.I.P E-Sir, even south africans cant faze ur game!!!!

  • y'all are acting like kenyans do not steal and sample shait!!

be honest wit urselves...and they do it better too!..i mean ..just look at the vid..

although i still prefer the origi..

    E-Sir..RIP..

    East Africa's finest!

  • kwendeni uko majambazi

  • Fuckin' Southerners, the least you can do is be original, shame on y'all. Word for word???? That's too out there.

  • si mbaya

  • down ass shameless, get your own stuff, stop thuggin yu got no life (maisha), no originality, poor thugs, if you cant compose your own lyrics get the fuck out of the music business!!!

  • i actually like it

  • we time for no hates!!!

  • Well mjvdsolo, you sound respectable. However, we are just concerned about the violation of copyright. Did they pay anything to the original producer of the song?

  • I see just how much talent the girls have. Talent enough to copy a song lyric-for-lyric and beat-for-beat. And no, we don't hate you. We're not mildly jealous. The Kenyans in SA possess jobs that may have been taken up by your people. Maybe we're not the jealous ones here?

  • Bulls**t! Does it mean South Africa has run out of talent and currently they only plagiarise! South Africa, tuheshimiane! Pay all the royalties to the late E-sir's family. Pumbavu!

  • meisha wtf!

  • shameless thugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yaani they can't even change the lyrics!!!??????!!!!!!!!!

this is an insult to the late E-sir and the talented Nameless

    aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh ssssssssssiiiiiiiiiiiirrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what the fuck is this

that guy stole this song from nameless and e-sir

    this is bullshit

  • WHHHHAAAAAATTTTT???!!!!!!hawa wasee ni kina nani????!!!ata hawana aibu!!!

  • manyanya wazee wezii nyinyi!! Mnaibia Esir na amekufa!! Heh! Classic thieves steal from the dead! Kibaki Kando!

  • yani these fools copied not only the song and beats, even the lyrics.....so repulsive, fuck SA, no wonder they can't even run their own country, every1 is stepping down

  • iight well uh wow

i honestly dnt knw the story behind this but sounds lyk Nameless settled it with these ladies...if its a remix ok they tried but wit all due respect i like the original better. Dnt get me wrong aint player hatin they did iight but the original won my heart

  • o n i kinda lyk the melody/tune it was kinda catchy.....i still lyk Nameless n the honorable late E-siir better

    =P

  • daym yall jus gotta chill man nd stop hatin i mean the only thing this song is missing is the remix ino e-sir is a big icon in kenya music his like the 2pac of kenya or even africa, so if you think bout it how many people remix 2pac songs,nd dat headin make the people protray it as bad if it was sumtin like E-sir remix it would be taken better so yer dont hate appreciate

  • this is not cooooolllll

  • why do people result to insults and intimidation? Since elections alot of Kenyans have lost all civility. Nikifua kila saa. Nameless settled the score with this chics so i don't understand the beef.Besides they did justice to the song with there sexiness, give credit where is due.

  • Who THE HELL are these peeps?!?! Kwani they cant be original! WTF?!

  • still like the original one by nameless ft E-sir but this bitch is stupid if you are stealing some thing change it make it yours but this bitch got the same rhythm, melody AND 50% OF THE LYRICS and then says it's hers what a fool

  • okay, seriously are you serious ? you

  • are u fucking serious, its not just the song.....the beats, lyrics; this is just disgusting

  • If you are going to steal a song, steal it with style. Don't steal the rhythm, melody AND 50% OF THE LYRICS and then say that it is yours. Its f-ing sad to stoop that low and hide behind a flashy vid. SA music rox, but this guy should go eat dirt!

  • so speaketh an ignorant twart!

  • wow! nice song ever heard!!!

  • iz bila bana....wamesanya!!shame on u!!

  • In respect to E-sir we are not accepting this, why lie. Owns work so hard n this is totally unaccepted. No game, u know where this is putting you.....at the bottom.

E-sir we miss you bro. R.I.P.

  • nameless should sue the hell outta these guys

  • stop over reacting..its very likely a remix that has been approved by the king of Kenyan pop-Nameless.
