@WHITEYXD123 dotting tool is just a dotting tool. you dip it in nail polish and dot. if you get the nail art pen then it already comes with nail polish you just squeeze and the polish will come out of the tip. i don't know how you could refill it. i recken it would get pretty messy.

@TokioLove4ever1 my nails breaks easily too. thats why i do alot of short nail videos. you can try some nail strengtheners. i have tried sally hansen gel nail fortifier. if you keep applying it, it will help your nails grow long without breaking

@TokioLove4ever1 lack of vitamins can also cause this. Try getting some more protein, vitamin D, and calcium to see if that helps. Another thing to do it cut your nails before they break or peel. It's like your hair, the more you cut it, the longer and healthier it'll be.
