this is completely WRONG!!! for Cantonese way of cooking lobsters, any Chinese chef would tell you that you MUST deep fried the lobsters before stir-frying them in the sauce! Also your pot of sauce is WAY TOO MUCH you're practically making a lobster soup! it hurts to watch the video!

i don't think u need to heat up the wok for 10-15 minutes...
not to mention u are using gas...
