  • @MOFUZION if the wok is too hot and starts a fire just add in more oil and it'll be fine

  • Doesn't Chinese people deep-fry their lobsters? A lot of Chinese people I know cooks lobster by deep-frying them.

  • @CDdisk4life Wow i've been to a lot of Chinese restaurants but i never really seen deep fried lobster lol. Only deep fried I seen was a crab claw meat shaped like a ball with the claw attached, it tasted nioceeeeeeeee :D

  • this is completely WRONG!!! for Cantonese way of cooking lobsters, any Chinese chef would tell you that you MUST deep fried the lobsters before stir-frying them in the sauce! Also your pot of sauce is WAY TOO MUCH you're practically making a lobster soup! it hurts to watch the video!

  • i don't think u need to heat up the wok for 10-15 minutes...

    not to mention u are using gas...

  • @Gin520 I do because the wok is cast iron and does not heat up quickly.

  • @Gin520 depends really coz cooking with them gas cookers takes awhile to heat the pan even on full the flames still soo small
