  • Say...what's cooking

  • 火葬の宣伝。

  • you should running a generator to make electricity free power with all the bodies being burned.

this should be done all over the world as soon there will be no room for more cemetaries.

  • The music is to much! I had the feeling it is a new attraction at Walt Disney world.

  • Hindus one sick in head people burning bodies throwin bodies in river and all the shit get a life who told u this is relgion to follow get out of this before its to latee no ram or whateva humans gonna save you in the end they were humans and they died no matter how many hands or faces they got stop being so ignorant

  • burn the paki's

  • better than floating bodies down ganges river.

  • @spaceshipearth999 They wouldn't float for very long ,there's lots of big crocidiles in that river!

  • its very horrible

  • The music sucked ass, but interesting Vid.

  • Good work to burn MUSHRIQEEN

  • Need to explain to the public just how this process works! (Music cannot, unfortunately).

  • @Koseiko2008 There should be material available on gassification technology online, the Germans used such technology widely during WWII for fuel to reduce civilian and industrial oil usage to maintain the military's oil needs for the war.

Producer Gas vehicles(Gaswagens) used wood or coal mainly which was gassified(mainly as carbon monoxide) and fed into the modified engine in place of conventional fuels.

In this case the gasses are fueling a very intense flame used to burn a body.

  • @Masta420 To clarify:

Typical wood fire = As the wood is heated the hydrocarbons within it break down and become gaseous and extremely flammable and ignite as they are released from the wood and contact the heat source.

Gassification heats the wood to the point it gives off the gasses but removes the gas with a blower/vacuum before it can ignite from the heat.

They are not very safe systems usually though as carbon monoxide is the main product gas and is very poisonous. Leaks are bad.

  • @Masta420 Not to say this system shown here isn't safe as safety technology and knowledge has improved greatly since WWII gassification usage, but they are definitely not systems you want to have problems with.

Most propane and natural gas systems used these days in regular homes are just as potentially dangerous so the danger by itself isn't a reason to dismiss the technology.

Didn't mean to imply it was unsafe to use in general, but requires special measures for safe usage.

    Last post. :)

  • Can this system be applied to ceramic tiles & brick making industries?

  • harris717 says he guesses the villagers are excited and exclaiming

"At last, we've had a modern cremation system!"

btw, isn't this music kinda hilarious for a crematorium?

  • I will be adding cremation videos to my collection of mortuary related videos here at the funeral home. Once the retort is running there is not much to see other than alot of fire.

  • 「やっとわが村にも近代的な火葬場ができたぞ」って感じか。

  • uhhhh creepy the music dosent make it any better

  • omg why happy music

  • Hi!

In this crematorium, about 1-1.5 hours are required for converting the corpse into ashes.

Wood gasifiers are nowadays being used for a number of other purposes. It is being used for cooking and many small & medium sized industries in India are already using this. I'm sure there could be a possibility for the dosposal of hospital biological waste.

I recommend you to contact TERI at New Delhi as they are the pioneer in wood gasifier research.

    Regards,

    Navneet

  • That is when the furnace temperature is 2000 degrees celsius.Usually it takes about 2.5-3 hours

  • How long does the process take with this system, and is there possiblity for other uses such as hospital biological waste removal?

  • hi!

good to hear form you, the cremation of the body takes place INSIDE the cremation chamber and moreover, due to some religious restrictions, it will not be polite to shoot a video when the corpse is being cremated. However, we will try to do shoot a few glimpse of the same if possible.

    regards,

    PARIWARTAN
