Oh Christ this vid is extremely naive. Like any economic theory it only works with an assumed set of behavioral limitations. The use of the blackboard says it all. All the blackboard theory in the world didn't stop Enron from happening. They manipulated the supply and exploited the demand....the price of energy went up, AKA, NOT CHEAP.

Or if reading bores you, you could just watch "Smartest Guys in the Room" and pretend you know what you're talking about.

Despite the graphs she draws, Ms. Electra here is presenting a Euclidean, not a mathematical, description of supply and demand.
