I don't think he looks broken but I think that in small stages(like this one) the camera might get in trouble with large characters(like desperado chaos)

So Exdeath will have trouble guarding D. Chaos. It's a good thing for him, especially since High Guard is mostly useless against high priority attacks. The Emperor, however, won't be an easy task, especially in tiny stages like this one.

@Chernobog2 His bravery constantly lowers, he can't use assists, nor can his ex gauge get filled other than with a resin equipped UNLESS you use 50CP (when ability is mastered. Un-mastered it is 70) to stop those negative effects. That and all of his attacks have a high CP cost as well.
