You need to take a long hard look at what Sands of Time and Two thrones did with level design.
PoP08 had pretty repetitive level designs/layouts and the whole design of push button watch was awful. Didn't mind the dieing system just the thought that went into the level designs was disappointing.
Prince of persia was the first PC game I actually BOUHT(pirated others). My question is, what are the business reasons for not letting me see the end of the story?
Its hard to get used to this new prince, but not imposible.
I want to ask if there is any ideas of going back to the original PoP story, you know... deadly traps and dungeons... fighting humans instead of sand or corupted creatures... just like the old SNES game... that was the game that make this franchise what it is now and it will be cool to see a game with that same style. I love this game and the last three dont get me wrong, but this is whay i think.
You have to push the Warrior off of the tower ledge by making him follow you to the ledge and use the acrobatic button and dodge between his giant legs, then I think you press on the magic button, acrobatic button, and attack button and rapidly tap the attack button. I reccomend using either your index or middle finger.
POP: Prodigy sounds more likey, because they have registered it too. But, whenever i check the game, the working title has been removed, and it seems really late for the title to come out, it migth just be POP.
Seeing from the last 3 games, the title usually would show up during the early H2.
But we are so close to the release now, that either they wanna give the title as a surprise, or , there aint no title (besides POP).

I find camera relative control scheme very anoying (whenever camera moves character suddenly goes in a new surprising direction, like straight into the spikes I was trying to avoid). Have you given any thoughts to making character relative movement available (as an option)? I mean when I move gamepad stick forward the character will move forward, instead of going away from the camera.

I hope that the new game resembles Prince of Persia-The Sands of Time because it was the best POP. It seemd really like Persia and it had a great story. The sequels were worst because them lost the feeling of being in Persia and had a strange story.

To question number two, I could have sworn this is still about the same prince. In the dev diary they talk about how the prince has changed through the years and how he's changed again. I think when they say this they mean that he acts differently and has different abilities.
No, no and no. This game is about another Prince, not about the one in SoT, WW, and TTT. I hope UbiSoft will do another game about previous Prince, because I think that the story about The Sands of Time isn't completed. There're some things that were not resolved in the story.
In an earlier interview u guys said that u can chose which city to go and help and that it would change the story line but would it also change the ending?

Despite being just a fan, I feel the responsibility to answer there questions for you from what's already been said:
1: No. Elika fills in the role of the Dagger (kind of), but the gauntlet doesn't have any special features (except acrobatic ones)- or at least none have been mentioned.
2: No. Ben Mates said that in every single interview. No.
I like how you make the storylines of the Prince of Persia(the previous one)
Although I a bit dissappointed and sad that the previous Prince of Persia would not be in later games(i think, because the story has come to a full circle which means the whole story),i hope that this new Prince of persia would make me so much fun to play like the previous prince of persia...or better.

I'll get the new game of course, I saw those interviews in TV and it seems pretty cool. I've calm down about the old prince matter though it's some kind of boring that he has the same weapon all the time!
Those jumps that he does on those red tracks with that girl are so unreal! It looks like a damn sonic adventure game!

Guys, Guys! I think that Ubi will bring old Prince to live in that part of pop, at least for a moment in the game. Mabye as an easteregg? I know from trailers of PoP4 that all enemies are the ex-noblemen of Babilon. There is a chanse that we as players will be forced to defeat the old Prince as the boss. Sorry, that's not a question. The question is: Is there an option for those fans of pop to pass the game without that BOTish-elfish-helper the Eliha?

1) The 2'nd of December 2008 (America) and the 5'th of December 2008 (Europe);
2) Most likely, yes. (I'm sure that it supports Windows Vista, but I'll run it at Windows XP. I don't like Vista :));

It's always been like this. they always do a trilogy with a new prince. If they hadn't done that you would've never had the sands of time prince you love. His story is done. nothing new to add, and nothing new to tell. but this prince is new, fresh, and with a story we've never heard before. Lose fans? hell no! you're gonna get this game, aren't you? No, this game will kickass and we'll have a new prince to love.

3. why does it seem like your trying to sell Elika more?
4. shouldn't the story be more about the prince instead of being more about elika? to me it seems like that anyone can do what the prince can do. The prince should have some type of power that lays dormant within him until half way through the game.

since Ben has continued to say that this is a open world type game where there are rodes that lead to major cities and in each is a boss battle. and there is only one boss fight per city,
1. are you saying that the area in-between the cities has no enemies that you can fight?
2. if so wouldn't that make the game a little boring?

as everyone noticed there many new things I'm just wandering if is it possible to see Prince of Persia with an Inventory of Items just like Zelda and Okami and if not why please ?

I think PoP will never get an inventory because it's no role playing game. An inventory just wouldn't make sense.

To question number two, I could have sworn this is still about the same prince. In the dev diary they talk about how the prince has changed through the years and how he's changed again. I think when they say this they mean that he acts differently and has different abilities.

No, no and no. This game is about another Prince, not about the one in SoT, WW, and TTT. I hope UbiSoft will do another game about previous Prince, because I think that the story about The Sands of Time isn't completed. There're some things that were not resolved in the story.

I'm not related with the PoP dev team anyhow, but you can find your answers on the offical forum, and in just like any interview ever made.
Despite being just a fan, I feel the responsibility to answer there questions for you from what's already been said:
1: No. Elika fills in the role of the Dagger (kind of), but the gauntlet doesn't have any special features (except acrobatic ones)- or at least none have been mentioned.
2: No. Ben Mates said that in every single interview. No.

I like how you make the storylines of the Prince of Persia(the previous one)
Although I a bit dissappointed and sad that the previous Prince of Persia would not be in later games(i think, because the story has come to a full circle which means the whole story),i hope that this new Prince of persia would make me so much fun to play like the previous prince of persia...or better.
