  • Thank you Congressman for your support, I've been with the Bureau of Prisons for 22 years and life for the staff isn't getting any better with more and more inmates arriving daily.  Over crowding and the lack of more staff makes it more dangerous on a daily bases. It's hard to talk to an inmate (thats what the Bureau wants us to do) when an inmate is beating you down.
