one problem with making it legal... how do you determine the price? this isnt like a library...

osme products cost far more then others...

some like rosetta stone, charge outrageous amounts of money... and be sure, the Copyright owners will expect to get something like a $100 or more each copy of it thats downloaded...

but if you have a Price of over a $100 a month or such as would be ne ccessary... FEW people will join... charge a by item cost... will REALLY discourage joiners

This is a way of making it LEGAL!!! Is it so much trouble to pay a small amount of money, which you probably will get back by uploading, and at the same time you won´t have to worry about going to jail or have to pay a lifetimes income as retribution? i think it´s great, I really hope he will get the support so that this could work. But I guess people in common don´t have any conscience at all.
