Not quite sure, But I guess it increase the chance even more if both parents have it. Just a guess :)

@passion4fashion321 u can press control, shift, and c all in the same time then type fadeobjects off then u can look through them...or was it fadeobjects on i think its off cause i dont really use it but u can try it works u can see in places (only in the rabbit holes)

you need to go to life time rewards and from there there is a reward to get twins or triplets :D thats the only way i know though

from the official game guide:you woo hoo with the try for baby icon and after you here the sound and know for sure you are pregnant than watch tv and listen to the music at the same time to have twins or triplets. if you want a boy eat 3 apples & want a girl eat 3 watermelons.
