  • @Darnetta13 we both do both but we basically agree i'm (nathan) the stronger tumbler; and andy is better at flexibility and strength stuff. I have an aerial tutorial on my channel already :)

    or is it the arms to help push off to get up fast?

  • @mlbm13 Andy is the person to ask, as I can't even do them myself :P However, i gather it is mainly shoulder and back flexibility, so work on that. Try handstand to bridge, to stand at first, then try and land on one leg, the motion will become more lfuent when your flexibility improves.

  • IF you can rebound out of the first one you should be able to do two; the technique is the same no matter how many you do

  • @natcomber13 Thx but how can i rebound? Shoud I pike at the end of the bhs? Shoud i run a lot before doing the roundoff bhs? I dont know what to do.. I dont land it very weel*

  • You must surely be able to rebound form a roundoff if you can roundoff bhs; therfore you should know how to rebound out of a bhs, its exactly the same. If your bhs is powerful you shouldn't have a problem

    but today I found the key of doing multiples, squad a little after a bhs and go to another one

  • @NabilosB when you land your first BHS , imagine as if you had just landed your round off and throw your arms back again. I know how scary thius can be but just trust yourself and u can accomplish anything! :)

  • well when summer comes im gonna be spending more time round my m8s and on my trampoine practicing and at school ive learned sum stuff and at the moment im learning front handsprings off trampettes apparently my dive roll is the best in the group and that i cud do some more advanced stuff so im def gonna give a go

  • hey im 13 nearly 14.. bout 2 weeks and i like doing front flips and beginner tricks on trampoline and like the idea of doing something like this but im not of the most athletic build (not fit in blunt terms) but i was wondereing is it worth it?

  • Of course its worth it :D Its easier the fitter you are don't get me wrong but thats not to say its impossible for you

  • Me and Andy both started gymnastics aged 12, but andy is one year older so hes been doin it for longer. If you want to recah a proper elite standard, then yes 13 probably is too old, however with hard work you could easily pass the level; that me and andy have shown in this video

  • 13 is definately not to old, i started when i was almost 13 and check out my videos, im working on double backs and double fulls on spring floor.

  • If You don't have any god backhandspring or fast you are not a gymnastics ^^

  • i have got to say that what you can both do is amazing. i am a sort of gym coach, and i like your flicks, but nathan, you need to straighten your arms, andy, you are ever-so-slightly undercutting your flicks.

  • ummm if you have eyes and look at my vids you will know that i do not type all day, and i do gymnastics and also i told you be quite because if you were to give out advice you should at least have some vids up and i don't think that they are gonna listen to you so SHUT UP!

  • just watch the god damn vid and admire it but you don't have to tell them how to improve it because i know for 1 that really annoys me even tho it is constructive criticism and he says that he is a gym coach and alot of experience and he will get better by himself.

  • Neither of us can do it yet but Andy tried it a couple of times the day we filmed this. The atempts just looked like slow backhandsprings :/

  • I teach tumbling...you guys have alot of potential. If you'd do nothing but get your body more in a standing position and learn to utilize your shoulder flexibility when you connect your backward tumbling, you'd generate enough power to go way beyond what you guys are doing now. Great start though. You guys are pretty strong.

  • It took ages for me to learn, managing to kick your heels up that early takes years to get used to (it did for me anyway)

  • I assume you are talking about Andy's front somersaults, he is only just learning them so I didnn't expect them to be perfect, the one on sprung floor was quite high though.
