Please would be so kind to show a diagram of how to build the WTC, with air pump system? . I have the acrylic tube, air pump, bag pressure and the solenoid valve, but not how. Buy those things you have read, but not how it works, if I wanted to use my air pump because they say it is safer. This system works so that by deflating the bag, water enters the compartment and the submarine was submerge?
Used to make these subs as a hobby some even bought my creations sad thing is I ran out of materials and my equipment needs an update but I can still create models from Scrap need more time though
I was once on a boat doing a transfer to this class of sub, I almost got caught under the forward dive plane as the swell pushed us under it then up and into it.
I went aboard one in Devonport for a tinny in the junior rates mess, it was tiny and a bit smelly inside.
"I remember having a great pisup in bath, with my mates"
Why were you in a bath with your mates?
I don't know what you were trying to say, but it sounds like your confirming that guys who ride in those things turn to the rainbow side of the force...
@LocustsOfSteel in case you haven't found out between the time you posted that message and now, Bath is a location in England. which makes sense considering this is a British-made Sub...
just a little bit of info for you. don't even need to reopen the vid for it if you're short on time.
I am in the process of building one MR Alan poole you are amazing with your talent . You have inspired me in making my own attempt in building this one i have the foam all cut out and i am getting ready to lay down the fiber glass. mine will me about 68 inches long to everyone im going off alan poole model as close as i can. But its very timer consuming indeed. will post picture on subcommitee when i get more done.

What an amazing coincidence, I was on HM Submarine Ocelot in the 1970's and I remember having a great pissup in Bath with a few of my crew mates.

All you need is a bath with a sub nearly the same length!
youfuckingtossers 4 years ago
This isnt a normal bath. It is 2 baths with the ends cut off joined together with fibreglass. This model is 74 inches long!
