Couldn't agree more with the comment below! Don't know how many times in the past I've got off Jay feeling like I done work work than he did! It's so exhausting physically and mentally, but I KNOW you will get him going the way you want, an dyour'e going to be absolutely brilliant! He's looking so well, a real credit to you!
