Check the highlights again cisco Nelson's 3 off of Scheyer's kick out was a legal basketball play. Nelson had one foot (pivot) behind the line when he recieved the pass and just stepped back with the other.
Should've fouled Duke and not let them run 35 of 40 seconds off of the clock at the end.
