I've had an on impulse cheap buy New Zealand breast of lamb in my fridge for months! I'm now on a no-buy mission to eat everything in my freezer so I can empty it to buy a new fridge. I've had it marinating/ seasoning now with onion, garlic and some Lawreys. I'll slow cook it in my Nuwave onion to see what I bought.
I just bought a bunch at WalMart for only 1.70 a pound!

Breast of lamb is available at all butchers here in England.
Also, when searing the meat, you are not supposed to season it until you have allowed it to cook for a moment.
This was quite entertaining. :-)
