@tart9 I've listened to lots of what Yngwie has played, and it really does sound alike. His technique is quite repetitive and muddy. He isn't the worst player, there are plenty who are far superior. Most of my guitar videos on here are old from when I first started learning. I probably know more about guitar playing than you think. Also, you telling me to quit talking and my opinion is invalid is quite a closed minded thing to do. You probably are running out of ways to defend your bias.

@tart9 he is important to guitar playing but he is old news. many guitarists have taken what he had to offer into account and implemented his technique into their own styles - in addition to adding their own things into it. the thing that is wrong with yngwie is that he sticks to what he knows, and does it very well. but after a while, it does get boring.
