Not sure of the year. My friend picked it up used. I think its a '96. The hill there drops into it further with no landing ramp. What u see is a small section of a 4 0r 5 acre lot designed like a skate park. This area had three burms and decent small jumps. There's also a huge whoop section, a massive "pool" , lots and lots of stuff. you have to see it to appreciate it. Though it was nice for it to be private, I would like others to be able to ride in a place like this....just too much fun
