@verticalday the kyrie is a part of the catholic mass, but this obviously is not the same thing, so I guess you could say it alludes to a gospel song.

@DNoybn To set things straight, there is no evidence of the Roman Catholic Church being fully from Christ. The evidence in fact points against it, by one example being that some of the so-called Apocryphal books that are accepted by Catholics actually contradict other scripture, as well as containing numerous historical errors. A lot of Catholic practices go against scripture itself as well. U speak of Protestants having to do research, do your own. Read the bible, compare verses. God bless :)
