An observation here on this video by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs ...
Between the 2:42 and 3:00 timestamp for this video, did anyone else notice the "fire / flames in the eyes" special effect in Karen's eyes as she sings the line "We'll build a fire in your eyes ..."?
A neat little touch of detail to the video.
Karen is such a charismatic babe / vocalist, that it just makes me all the more in awe of her stage presence.
Thanks for uploading the extended length version of this video (i.e. with the intro).
Sadly, it appears that the "official" video over on VEVO, has truncated the first 40 seconds of this awesome vid (of which I think adds sort of a crucial background element / flavouring to the theme of the video).
