  • It's not a "Flying V" exactly. It's a Rhoads V. :) But yeah, I am considering one of these and I'm not really a fan of double locking tremolo systems but they do have their advantages. :)

  • how much is a jackson RR3 year is 1993

  • dude are you kidding us? realy you play suck those songs or riffs whatever but i still think you are a good guitarist and these jackson rr3 videos are just jokes lol

  • You need to play the hammer ons in seek. It's sounds way off without it.

  • its not way off but your right.

  • wow. just, wow.

  • your playing needs some work unches of minor mistakes mostly with hammer ons and pull offs and you played i'm broken too fast

  • Don't forget to subscribe to our feed at GEAR-VAULT (dot) com

  • a little cover of PanterA - Im Broken

  • was that im broken by pantera?

  • It was a whole-bunch of noodle.

  • what kind of pickups? 'cause i saw this guitar with duncan pickups, but it seems EMG

  • try reading the description

  • i dont have it with me right now, it is at my bands practice space, but i certainly will check out the gear monkey site, thanks man!

oh, and by the way, im rjofgreatness at HCAF. i think you are mrsandman####, right?

  • That's I. and I'm gear-monkey on other forums.

  • cool man, see you around on the forums, ill probably give you a heads up when i get my DR back, i cant go on the gear monkey site for some reason.

  • Very Nice playing dude!!!^^ Keep up the good work and i will be waiting for more videos!^^

  • Thanks man, I'm messing around with a Furman PQ3 right now. It really brings the Recto alive.

  • Is that standard tuning? Great playing.

  • Tuned in D. I'm experimenting with a Furman PQ3 w/ the blackface now. Really brings the Recto alive.

  • that is pretty pathetic that someone would insult you when you are just tryin to have some fun. screw them.

DRs are cool, have you ever compared one of the ones with a Mark III transformer side by side with a standard 2 channel?

  • This one has the MKIII transformer. The one below it is a 1999 DR Rev G. They sound different compared to one another.

  • i got an idea for your next video, a comparison between the two. and what is Rev G? revision G?

  • Yes, I'm planing on doing a video on caparison, and doing a video to show Recto owners how to figure out what year and Rev their Boogie is. Right now I'm messing around with a Furman PQ3. That really brings the Recto alive.

  • that would be cool since i have a old two channel DR and i dont know much about the year or Rev. i just know it is due for a tube change.

Ruby EL34s and Tung Sol pres FTW

  • What are your serial numbers? I can tell you what rev you have. Or go to gear-monkey dot com.

  • why does the title say RR3, but the description says RR2.

    nice playing btw

  • Thanks for pointing that out. I'll fix it.

  • Dangit where is the riff that starts at ~00:30 from. I think its some Mettallica song.

  • Seek and Destroy from Kill 'em All \m/

  • Acting like a fool?

It's decent, and great sound by the way, I'm Punk_Ninja from UG BTW.
