You get +10 in deathmatch for killing a guy because its the main objective. While in Domination thats not the main point, the main point is to cap areas, so you get less points for kills.

if somebody is on a flag and you kill them you get 10 points. But if their not you get 5 points. It doesn't matter weither it's their flag or not.
