Lawndale isn't rough... that's kind of the point. You can shred the bejeebers out of it, only popping the brakes for a few switchbacks... the awesome part is the trees that are just centimeters from your tires, and inches from your head. If you haven't ridden the trail, I highly reccomend that, and Rough Go for technical up/down hill.

I used to ride BMX bikes out there starting in 1977. RoughGo was just as bad back then...I kinda dont like the new configuration of trials though. You used to be able to take Steves S Trail from just about the top of Bennett Peak all the way to the parking lot- what a descent that was. It felt like falling down a flight of stairs...
Steve S Trail is amazing..always was. Great POV on that. I think I can smell my coaster-brake smoking.
reminds me a bit of Henry Coe Park (Morgan Hill/Gilroy), my fav place. thanks for the production! i miss CA riding (just relocated to frozen Virginia, crashing on ice just yesterday...LOL) i give you 5 stars for your efforts, and subscribe too.

I think Jeff Weitzenberger would crash on that ride. After listening to him whine on the climb, you would have to carry him out on a stretcher.
