@TEK920 Hey man!! I send the original sample (cut in Sound Forge or Audacity), then I load the sample into a pad. This is the normal process...
After that I go Mode+TRIM and I select the sample then click Fsomething, the one that states Chop. You now can select to auto-chop the sample. I've chose 5 Steps and the MPC cut the sample really fine. If you want to fine tune it you can by adjusting the chops on the TRIM Screen!!
@TEK920 You can also chop samples directly on the mpc, thats what most people do, just adjust the regions in the original sample, then choose edit sample, then choose slice sample.
oh man i would love to kill this sample, throw some drums on that homey.

congrats with the 5000. when you flip a sample it should become unrecognizable. use shorter increments/hits
