What's the longest aluminum sheet's you can get do they come in 16 feet or biger I've seen 10 feet but I'm going to build my on and would like it to be around 16 feet long and my be 5 foot wide but with out a weld seam it the side's or bottom
If you knew you would think I was nuts. I just took a piece of construction paper and marked out lines every inch and then started cutting folding and taping till I got the look I liked. Then I took my sheet of alumn. and scaled it out to 1"=1' and made my cuts and tacked it up the way I liked it. The boat got on plane right away and that was mostly because of the remote motor mount and the whale tail I had on the motor.

you should get some of the details on how you figured how deep the v will be how wide and all that stuff it would help out a lot of people!!!
