Well, I watched it without annotations and thought that you would of made a great conductor. Its the movement, and facial expressions that make a great conductor, not his/her ability to swing their arm up, down, left and right. Though the correct movements would help...but there's no band in front of you so awesome.

I'm a music major, and I hope you have facial expressions because from my experience, conductors without facial expressions or body movements aren't the best, let alone enjoyable.

In my opinion, a conductor that stands and moves stiffly isn't a great conductor. I was simply commenting on the emotions he portrayed with his body not his ability to conduct correctly.
