Since when did so many trashy "realistic" (in what universe is this realistic?) romance/steamy sex movies become so acclaimed? So because something shows people acting perverted and naughty therefore it's good? Trust me, I have nothing against sex on film, I have nothing against controversial subject matter, but this just looks like nonsense. I'd rather watch a real sexploitation film.

She is a very attractive woman in the movie, why doesn't she just go out more and see other people. It seems to me her problem would have been cured if she would just change her lifestyle or go out and find a boyfriend. Are piano teachers in real life typifies the character of the piano teacher in the movie? Maybe the DVD movie might make a great gift to give to a piano teacher.

@jrmetmoi I understand the gist of the story perfectly but you know I think the director should have done a little bit more to show why the piano teacher is like that, maybe a short background scene showing a traumatic experience from childhood that explained her behavior would be a good thing. But all in alll though, even without that, I think the movie was good. I actually felt sorry for the piano teacher at the end.

this must be the worst movie trailer ever. that voice, the terrible selection of scenes from the movie - it totally distorts the movie and its message. guess this is one of the films for which trailers should include no voiceover and possibly no music. hopefully this trailer has not done much damage to this disturbing masterpiece of a movie

This is probably the absolute worst trailer I've ever seen for such a fantastic film! It's gives too much away with flashy edits, critic recommendations, and that AWFUL voice over. This is the kind of film one should go in without being told almost everything about it.

There are people who make MONEY, and see a chance to cash in on art, but would gladly go over to cash in on real estate or a job in the insurance industry, if they paid more. COMMERCIALS f-cking suck because CAPITALISM sucks.
