What I don't understand is why Alan Thicke would a theme song that sounds sad. Stumpers and The Joker's Wild both were two game shows that had sad theme songs. They both had theme songs that made me cry.
No, Allen's choice of words about "We're leaving NBC" was actually pretty typical. Game show producers often tried to be optimistic about getting the show sold to another network or in syndication. Because of that, in a lot of game show finales, the host phrases the farewell as something like "This is the last episode for this current series," as if it might be back in a few weeks.
You know, if he didn't pass away in 1981, he could've done Super Password instead of Bert Convy. Not to slam Bert, but Allen will forever be "Mr. Password".
Say, mrmatchgame... you haven't got any videos for over Five days or someing else. I was wondering If you could add some more videos one of these days.
Or you could just be grateful for the stuff that he has posted and let him upload stuff when HE decides that HE has the time, energy, and desire to do so. This is why I blocked you from posting on my clips. If you need to be fed game show clips constantly, YOU record your own stuff, YOU build a channel, and YOU upload it!
Thank you Adam, I could not of said it better myself. I take College courses, a job, a personal life and I get about 4 hours of sleep every night just so the next day I can barely take on the world. I have some videos to upload soon but not now. I uploaded some full videos so it might feed the need and keep people happy while I take a break and do some other tings. Sometimes this backfires on you and they want more.

I was the one that asked fo that closing logo on the last Stumpers clip. It was a bit scary only because it was so sudden (the dove can be deceiving...heehee). Mystery solved. Thanks.

It did not get picked up for another station, unfortunately. IMO, this should've had a much longer run than just 13 weeks.

I finally get to see what the Lin Bolen Productions logo looks like...it's a scanimated logo of a drawn hummingbird with a melodic electronic tune.
