I wouldn't think you would promote short cuts... your heart rate isn't even elevated when you wear that belt its just stupid! Anyway I like your channel but that video was just stuupid!

  • @luucybabes123 high reps, with moderate weight like 8 lb dumbells

  • @luucybabes123 doing pushups is great :-) you can also lift 5-8 lb dumbbells and do curls and presses

  • @luucybabes123 Listen here, women are not able to get huge muscles. You have estrogen. Men have testosterone. Muscular women take steroids or TESTOSTERONE INJECTIONS!

    You will get smexy lean muscles that drive guys crazy.

  • @luucybabes123 it takes so much hard work to get huge muscles, you cant just 'happen upon" them as a biproduct of doing pushups

  • @luucybabes123 instead of lifting weights just do strength workouts like shes doing xoxoxo

  • @luucybabes123 You still want to build muscle! Remember, you burn more calories in a day when you have more muscle... But in order to get "toned" instead of "bulky", you want to lift weights or do exercises that you feel the burn in the 12-15 rep range as opposed to the 8-10 reps which builds more bulk. 

  • @luucybabes123 easy, you lift weights. Women can't get "bulky" because we don't have the testosterone.

  • F-Yes Planks. These how I got my core strength up and could handle rugby better. This has functional properties, and not just aesthetics. Great vid Sarah.
