@luucybabes123 You still want to build muscle! Remember, you burn more calories in a day when you have more muscle... But in order to get "toned" instead of "bulky", you want to lift weights or do exercises that you feel the burn in the 12-15 rep range as opposed to the 8-10 reps which builds more bulk.
