  • Nice set of compound exercises but even at high reps, giant-setted, you wouldn't even feel the deadlifts or lunges if you set the weight for something you could curl and press that easily.

  • If I do this workout, will I automatically grow a Hugh Jackman wolverine hair and beard look? If not, title is even more misleading.

  • People who are looking for celebrity workouts - do you really think you're gonna look like them? Celebrities like Hugh Jackman or Christian Bale or Brad Pitt have access to top notch personal trainers and nutritionists wherever they go. It's probably less of their routine and more of the help along the way they get. My advice? Find a good plan online and stick to that.

Theses guys didn't say they were going for strength, they said "anaerobic" and "metabolism" were the goals. If you haven't done a complex before, don't open your mouth...any weight feels like a hundred pounds by the end of one of these. Great video, chaps.

    so you can see how important is the food you eat. my english is not very good but if you understand spanish or you know some friend can understand it... i can give you a diet i uses to me.

  • I can assure you Hugh Jackman doesn't do anything like this. He doesn't workout with 10kg weights. He lifts heavy with isolated moves, maybe a few compound moves and a bit of cardio. This has too much cardio and not enough rest inbetween, you're just going to exhaust yourself before you can lift heavy after the 3rd set if you go at this pace. Honestly people that do those jumping squats with dumbells look like idiots, squats with a barbell are much better, you wont get big from doing this.
