No doubt raves came from the UK but techno orig in Detroit, House in Chicago. Frankie Bones is from fucking Brooklyn tho. I gotta agree with dude below about the dancing. In '96 I was 16 & went to the UK. Was rad to hear how mainstream the music was there, but people did dance like tards. I can't speak on the 89 90 shit, looks amazing. By 94 those people were called old school, even in the US. Drug culture moves fast. Still had some illegal parties here b4 city figured out what was going on.
