I have ipod touch generation 4.0, is that one supported at all? Reply back asap, i got this for christmas, and i would like to mod it before christmas break is over
when im trying to install redsn0w i need to select the corresponding ipsw for my current where can i find that and i know my pc might change it to a .zip but i cant find that either plz help me!
not to be rude, but im not illiterate nor blind. But yah i did EVERYTHING about 10 times to be exact. In both normal and safe mode. I find alot of people are having this problem...not only me. BTW i am using an iphone 3G
like i bought my phone off a buddy of mine. It came with the 3.0 factory version....btw while at the reboot screen i played with the phone and managed to get passed the "waiting to reboot" but then it says "done" but my phone's screen still black and nothing happens. I had to hard restore it on the computer which took like 10 minutes...im off jailbreaking for now until i find someone who can do it for me. n e ways thanks for your help bro.

did you press the buttons in the right order for the right amount of time? and are you using an iPod touch/iPhone that is NOT the 3gs?

were you already updated to 3.0 or did you update using the link in my video? because red sn0w might be different in some way...

ah ok, well if you really want to jailbreak it and you dont care if its on 2.x firmware, seach on how to downgrade then you can jailbreak it there

hmm what device are you using? and did you update (to 3.0) before through apple, or with the ISPW i gave you?
