how do you install this texture pack

Well go to the link in discription, and download and the texture pack, you'll need too a patcher called "MCpatcher". You need to patch it because its a 64*64 bit texture pack, and the standard is 16*16. (The MCPatcher link is on the Misa textures forum site :)

The elevator is a bukkit plugin called Elevators :D

(Just Search: "bukkit elevators" in google, and it should be the first link :))
