  • Maybe it's just the angle, you elbows are so wide, you should try keeping them in to concentrate more on your triceps. You won't be doing 85 lbs then.

  • seriously - I weigh 160 and do tricep extensions with 135. I warm up with 85's before my work sets. I wouldn't post weight this weak sauce.

  • I do exactly the same training for triceps.I weight 72kgs and do this triceps'training with 22kgs,I do 5 sets (12 times every set).could somebody tell me if 22kgs is too much or too low compared with my weight (72kgs)?
