I'm not even going to lie, I listened to the begining for a few seconds and put you down as some old man desperately clinging to his hendrix blessed youth and turned the volume down, but this is actually sick.

There's so many boring covers of this song with 'jazzed up' playing and bland female vocals. I've never seen anyone come at it from a different angle.

Thanks Malosovich. I did this 2 1/2 years ago... I'm really old now 'o). As to Hendrix... I'm not much into hero worship but if I were going to give the lion's share of credit to someone on this song it would be to Bob Dylan. I guess this is all because I see myself as more of a song writer than a monster instrumentalist. I sincerely appreciate your comment. It is obvious you don't give up compliments easily and I'm glad I earned this one. Cheers and thanks again.

The looper is a Boss RC-20XL and that is coupled with a Boss ME-50 Guitar Effects board. On this I used some reverb and some delay/echo. Fun toys. Thanks for asking. There are guys out there a lot better than I am but thanks for suggesting I give a lesson. I'll send you a link to a real good looper guy.
