  • i feel really bad for him, let the Highmost help him

  • "THE HISTORY OF TIME - From Big Bang to Black Hole" is the best scientific interpretation of AL QUR'AN, and also a "genuine bridgestone" for comprehensive study of Theology. Surprise, it is a miracle and blessing in disguise as well? So, it should be very wise for Muslim scholars to verify my discovery.

    NeoSUFI visionary strategic thinking.

  • @TatoSugiarto i dont think you can get a real rational religious scholar . seems paradoxical in terms

  • 0:27 - Female morgan freeman ?

  • i thought he had MS?

  • @lobelia2 ALS

  • He doesn't look 67.

I would say he's in his early 50's!!

  • he creeps me out xc

  • i thought it was seriously 3

  • He's 67?!?!?!

  • 0.01 - 0.06

    No fucking shit

  • can you imagine having the amount of knowledge stephen hawking has, yet being unable to move.. how trapped and fustrated you would feel inside your dead body

  • Poor Hawking

  • NO WAY! He's sick? i never knew!!!

  • @ToreTheGreatHD

Why feel bad for him? He's a genius...

  • @HyjalSoIstice because hes like... paralyzed?

  • I thought I was watching the 3rd installment of seriousness by Stephen Hawking! What is this?

  • i could have sworn that he was already pretty sick

  • The mere mortal Hawking, will be gone for ever.So what is the fucking point of his words?NOTHING......God lives on.

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA so i guess you never go on vacation, just because u're one day going to be back

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA So much hatred merely because someone stated their BELIEFS on religion. He has done nothing to you, or anyone else; and yet you salivate like a ravenous wild hog over the thought of his death because of some harmless, quite minor words; though, I must give you credit; you aren't making fun of his disability or graphically describing your torture fantasy that way most Christians do; but you're still an evil fuck.

  • @TOLTECAAZTECA Hawking will live on. Not so much for your helpless, lost soul

  • In one of the pics he looks like he's got a teardrop tat.

  • there are ten million, million, million, million, million, million, million, particles in the universe that we can observe, her mother took the ugly ones and put into one nerd.

  • "Datson. Datson! We've got Datson here!! See nobody cares!" Oh well, maybe when he dies and meets God, he'll finally find that black hole he's always been looking for... Right where he sat on it. What a douche

  • many people sympathetic to him probably because of the circumstances that such

  • @BonoBonoify

in that case I must say I also like you for the same reasons so

  • Is he dead now?

  • WTF is that "ILL"? ._.

  • How does he input leters so fast they sound lake words?

  • @narutofan4545 she got it wrong, he only even has one working muscle, in his cheek, he moves it to scroll through letters or pre determined words

  • @narutofan4545 It actually takes him serveral minutes to make a paragraph by scrolling through words and letters with his cheek

  • Part one...

I have read a lot of the comments on this page, went back about a year, and most of what I am reading is deplorable. Hawking (not "Hawkins, as so many call him) is an extremely intelligent man who was stricken with a disease which I can't comprehend having. I'm sure he wishes he were in better health, but he has accepted his lot in life, and deals with it. He has some "out there" theories, some of which have been proven to be true, others not. at least not yet.

  • @5jerry1 Part two...

It is my guess he sees "God" as all the laws of nature, a sovereign set of conditions which apply everywhere, no matter where in the cosmos, here or elsewhere. Myself, I don't deny the existence of a "god," per se, but I highly doubt the existence of any "biblical" God, and I think this is his view, though I could be mistaken. There is an order to everything, as science has proven, but if you want to look at from a faith standpoint, this would be an explanation (cont)

  • @5jerry1 Part three... ...about "why." If some conscious, thinking being actually did put us here, discovering and defining the tools which were used does in the process not rule out the idea of what the creationists believe. Of course this is a biblical "no-no," because the "tree of knowledge" isn't a literal tree, and the apple isn't a literal fruit. Climbing the tree and tasting the fruit seems to mean learning about things beyond our scope, and the elite at the time didn't want (cont)

  • @5jerry1 Part four...

...the common man to become too big for his britches. And the bible, particularly the Old Testament, beats up on women. It looks as though, at the woman's urging, man sought knowledge (speculation) and that's what brought his downfall. But what's a "downfall?" Look at all which has been discovered and invented since then. The power of the ruling class is usurped by people everywhere learning about the world and the universe. And this upsets the established set of (cont)

  • @5jerry1 Part five...

...doctrines the church said were true, and are gradually being disproven. We need people like Hawking and his type if we want to progress as a species. If nothing else, he makes us think, something many "Christians" (note the quote marks) don't like. They say "God did it, that's all we need to know. That's a sad mindset.

And the haters on here who say what they do, a joke is one thing, but they are ignorant, and vicious. Just hope it doesn't come back on you.

  • Dude, that is what I think all the time!Thank goodness im not alone! :D

  • the title said Ill not ill

  • who spells ILL like lll, so confusing

  • :( poor hawking NOT i hope that drooling piss pants falls down a well breaks his chair shits himself and dies

  • did i sierously get rick roll'd by stephen hawking ?

  • "There are 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 particles in the universe that we can observe, your mama took the ugly ones and put them into one nerd."

  • @Canaboll " YOu Sound like WALL-E having sex with a Speak & Spell"

  • you have no idea what you're messing with here boy.

  • its activated by its eye dumbass

  • aint he filed for divorce from his chair claiming abuse but hey he was married in what 95 LOL he is such a pervert it always makes me laugh how shameless some people can be regardless their intellect mind knowledge his first wife said he is a atheist which i dont care a bit what he is but i believe he was just stressed after divorce bullshit LOL

  • Thumbs up if you thought you were clicking on "Stephen Hawking Seriously 3"

  • @FilmPA86 Americans...

  • our prayers are with u, but since u dont believe in god im assuming it wont do u any good haha

  • Stephen hawkings has done more for the world then any of you welfare idiots. Get off the internet.

  • Too bad Lou Gherig's disease isn't Lou Gherigs disease anymore. Now THAT's gonna get confusing..

  • Why don't they call it Stephen Hawking disease? It would be much cooler scientifically.

  • @KOOLANCE720 Your professor? When did you purchase him? I want one!!! Wahhhhhh!

  • Hawking is going to Hell for sucking dick on the Las Vegas Blvd. Strip and for being antheist.

  • i am a bot bot robot

  • Unfortunetely, Stephen Hawkings will be remembered as a con-artist in a wheel chair.

  • Huh .. maybe he can help me with my math-homework

  • hawkin needs help he jus overloaded his brains maybe it exploded lolll

  • hawkin needs help he jus overloaded his brains maybe it exploded lolllllllllll biaccchh

  • yeh jus leave him in the blackhole

  • Stephen Hawking is immortal.

  • I fill sorry for Stephen Hawking, and I also feel sorry for all the people who think like him. I believe are part of the false prophets in the Bible tells us. But this is normal, 'cause this world in which we live is of Satan. But God loves us so much that HE sent his only Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to save us. For anyone who believes in him be saved and have eternal life. Im very shure Stephen Hawking and the people who think like him NEED a lot of Love to change the way they think

  • @EUSOXIADUNAMIS why do god squad always wanna change the way people think. u think ur way, he thinks his.

  • @EUSOXIADUNAMIS As a buddist I respect your belives, but as a beliver in sciens i must say that what you just said, sounded totally idiotic, I do not belive in anything such as a "god" It just makes no sens, and the story in the bible about heaven and hell, makes it more difficult to belive in such thing as an "god" I feel sorry for people like you...You have you right to belive in god, but dont say such things as "I fill sorry for Stephen Hawking, just because he doesn't belive in your "god"

  • @Freakkydrummer

I feel sorry for Stephen "the con-artist in a wheel chair who does not believe in God and who makes buillshit up daily" Hawking.

I feel sorry for Atheists and Buddhists who worship Stephen Hawking and his voodoo crackpot science, for they cannot see through his bullshit.

I even feel sorry for Theists for wasting their thoughts and prayers that this con-artist will turn to God someday.

  • I disagree with many stuff hawking comes up with because I'm a creationist, but seeing him like that is kinda poor

  • hawking is like a freaking vegetable

  • He's no different than Paris Hilton or Lady Gaga.

The con artist in the wheel chair really does make up bullshit in his spare time and creates mathematical constructs for these fantasy realities.

  • @logicCplusplus I'll guess you'll be one of these "god" belivers too?

  • @Freakkydrummer

Stephen Hawking is a chance worshipper, like you. I rather believe in God than listen to Hawking babble about the Universe spontaneously coming into existence from nothing because Gravity exists.

Lets face it, there is no such thing as spacetime. There is no such thing as time travel, wormholes to different universes, or any other bogus imaginary nonsense these crackpots think up daily. This con artist has gone too far now, his IQ and Microsoft Sam can't help him now.

  • @logicCplusplu So you rather beliver in some unproven "god" then proven sciens, whitch is fair enought, if only you could stop commenting shit like this on puplic videos....and btw...i dont worsship Stephen hawking...not at all...I Worsship the belive in humanity..whitc Buddha said/wrote...So i'd rather belive in humanity and sciens, then some unproven "god"...but i dont really care what people belive in..as long as they feel that its the right thing...im happy...their happy, we are all happy..

  • @Freakkydrummer

Proven science? There is little that is written or spews out of the con-artists mouth that is proven. Perhaps you'd like to explain how the "Universe spontaenously came into existence because gravity exists" is a scientific fact? You must know, you are a believer in science and the con-artists that supposedly represent it. Afterall, science is owned only by a select few, mostly Atheists and Buddhists. Theists on the other hand don't believe that f = m * a is true, right?

  • @logicCplusplus we do not have the answers yet, we make theories, we find evidence to support these theories. Eventually we will answer these questions but we don't have the answers now. But if you don't believe in electromagnetic forces for which was dreamed up by us crackpots, then I advise you get off of the internet because that can't exist.

  • @lockcraw

Electromagnetic forces you say? Crackpots you say? Then rebelscience dot o r g is the place to be.

  • @Freakkydrummer

You do in fact care what people believe, but you are blinded because you are unable or unwilling to think for yourself, and instead rely on con-artists to spell it out for you. You should be worried, because science is ever-changing, todays theory believed by many could be rendered obsolete merely by one piece of new data or flaw in logic that negates its foundational tenet.

  • @logicCplusplus I dont think you really get me here.Im just telling you, that i dont care what human belives in Christians, Jews or Muslims aslong as they feel sure about it and happy im happy thats what humans are all about...and I cant really see what this "con-artists" have anything to do with the fact og humanity, of cause there is sciens belivers as my selv...becuase I need some anwsers for my questions. And there you turned "gods" way, and i turned sciens way.

  • @Freakkydrummer

That is a bit idiotic. You must realize that science supports and points to an Intelligent Designer. The process of science and its subsequent results are different from its implications. One can perform science on a regular basis and believe in God at the same time. You my friend have been brainwashed (unfortuentely) by the Atheists on youtube who readily propogate the notion that if you are a God believer you cannot do science or look for scientific explanations.

  • @logicCplusplus But still i belive, in Buddhas word, of how humans should live and what humanity really is, i follow those rules..whitch is

: Dont hurt any living creatur:

: Dont speak falls or speak of anger:

: Dont let your feelings conrtrol you:

: Dont abuse your body, live healthy:

: Keep the mind clear of anger and hate and only feel love and mercy:

I live after this 5 rules..simple and human...easy to understand...and there is no such thing as heaven or hell, only Earth and Nirvana

  • @Freakkydrummer

Buddha, ofcourse must accept that life is nothing but chemical soup arisen by chance processes via natural selection and random mutations. This becomes a problem since if Buddha wants to make up rules about how to live life without explaining the meaning and purpose to life, his rules are equal to that of the chemical soup that life apparently is.In that case, his rules are no differant to say "killing people for fun".There is no right or wrong, the rules are rendered inifinite.

  • @Freakkydrummer

How about this, I will make it easy for you:

Explain to me how Buddha's rules are not less than or equal to the chemical soup that humans originated from. Apparently we are nothing more than a purposeless patch work of chemicals patched up through a purposeless evolution. Buddha apparently skipped that part, you see, one must create the illusion of purpose to live by Buddha's rules.

Buddhas rules give no meaning to life, they are as empty as Stephen Hawking black hole.

  • @logicCplusplus Buddha had nothing to do with sciens,he belived in the Indian gods, but i dont, i belive in the chemical soup you talk about and of cause everlution. Buddhas rules doens't have anything with human exsisting at all, but human behavior and humanity...thats what im trying to tell you, I belive in buddhas word as, true humanbeing, and i belive in Stephen hawkings word as, a modern humanbeing, its not impossible to be both.

  • @Freakkydrummer

I wasn't talking about Buddha with respect to science. I was talking about LOGIC, something which Buddha apparently failed at. Human behaviour is completely subjective when we live in a materialistic worldview where we are nothing but patched up chemicals generated via a purposless process. In this case, Buddhas rules are as valid as a 2 year olds. The rules themselves look fine to me, however, they are only that; rules, which have no objective basis in reality.

  • @Freakkydrummer

I don't want to impose any beliefs on you, you are fine to follow whatever Buddha or whoever else said. Buddhism to me strikes me as a "kung-fu" human engineered product rather than a divinely inspired product. Science alone cannot answer ultimate truths, a belief system which engages both the thelogy, philosophy and science in the hierarchy is the belief system that is closer to the truth. The logic flows top-down and down-up the hierarchy. continued...

  • @Freakkydrummer

    continued...

It seems that any belief system which neglects to take into account the beginning of the universe, the origin of life etc... and its subsequent unfolding, is on bad terms. Buddhism does not invoke an Intelligent Designer when the evidence in physics and biology screams that a design process and Designer was most likely involved.

  • @Freakkydrummer

But you still have not answered my question:

Explain to me how Buddha's rules are not less than or equal to the chemical soup that humans supposedly originated from.

If you don't answer this, then you are making the same mistake Buddha did since how can we trust our own decisions that Buddha is in fact telling the truth about how we should live. Marxist philosophy at one time gave humans an excuse to kill innocent people, who's to say he was wrong in a materialistic universe.

  • @Freakkydrummer

Just for the record, I have nothing against Buddhism or any other belief system, so don't take it that way.

  • @Freakkydrummer If I am not mistaken Buddhists believe in reincarnation very much like Hindus, with an incorporated belief in Nirvana, which is a state of enlightenment. So under this belief people are reincarnated until they reach Nirvana. There in lies the question. if you reach Nirvana what happens to you when you die? Do you just flat out cease to exist or is there something beyond life for Buddhists?

  • @michael4167 When you reach Nirvana, your mind (soul) will live forever in the univers, floding around in a state of joy and happiness, there is no pain or sorrow. Its when you realize what humanity truely means, it has nothing to do with the fate of humanity or the purpose, but the mening of it...But until you realize that you will be reincarnated, as a human or anmial, maybe even a flower.

  • Wow, the great teacher of astrophysics, the Einstein of the twentieth century, a wonderful person whose mind has changed the world, someone worthy of respect and admiration despite his amyotrophic lateral sclerosis has survived to teach us the great mysteries that encloses our wonderful universe: Stephen Hawking.

All my respect and admiration to this great human being.

    : D

PS: When I grow up I want to be like him! : D

  • @happyrottencorpse Dude...what you just said there...was the best comment of Youtube ever! ^^

  • may a higher power save him if it is there

  • he looks younger than 76

  • Truth is, he wasn't particularly exceptional or ambitious untill robbed of his body. It amazes me what an intelligent person can do in a lifetime when all they have is their mind. When I listen to his theories concerning information in a physical state, traveling through space and passing through black holes as energy, it blows me away. How can I possibly rule out a prayer reaching some basic destination we don't yet understand after hearing physics that deep from Steven Hawking.

  • He is God.

  • How can they tell????

  • Hawking is the man. I just wish he didn't use the word "god" as much.

  • unfortunately many dont understand what he means, like einstein before him he uses the term god in a pantheistical manner, reffering to the idea of an unknown force. Not neccesarily a christian god or even an aware entity.

  • he a good manand a geniuse

  • its a shame that whilst a genius man that gently contributes to society so much has this kind of illness and some fat fuck illiterate guy is healthier than him, thats not fair

  • well either think of it like life aint fair or think of it as if it's got a greater meaning. u choose :) or just plain bad luck ofc

  • He Is This Generations Einstein, Sad To See he's dieing =[

  • How is he now? I want to meet him before he die :((

  • hes not dead you cock.

  • This is so sad :(

  • RogueZed, your comment just proves the BLINDNESS of Americans. Americans think they are the smartest, most educated, all knowing people, living in the best country on the planet. Even though most of them have NEVER traveled, don't read, DON'T try to understand other cultures, and get their information fed to them in 3 min bites. Americans are for the MOST PART ignorant, arrogant, stupid fools whth NO CLUE that they DON'T live in the "greatest Country'. You are right. they're IGNORANT fools.

  • If Americans are as stupid and ignorant as you say, then why is that Albert Einstein, one of the greatest geniuses our world has ever known, was born and raised on American soil?

  • Albert einstein was not born and raised on american soil!!!

  • Albert Einstein was born in Ulm, in the Kingdom of Württemberg in the German Empire on March 14, 1879. In 1914, Einstein moved to Berlin, while his wife remained in Zurich with their sons. Einstein married Elsa Löwenthal (née Einstein) on June 2, 1919 after having had a relationship with her since 1912. She was his first cousin maternally and his second cousin paternally. In 1933, they emigrated permanently to the United States.

  • oh my god :')

  • GO AMERICA! XD

  • You know Hawking is British, right?

  • well thats stereotypical

  • I love the fact that the average American believe Stephen Hawking to be American... Lol... Wouldn't surprise me if they thought Isaac Newton was too... :)

[Btw - I am in no way implying that this is what this particular video implies... :)]

  • I seriously hope that he gets better...we are getting closer and closer every day to uncovering the mysteries of the origins of the universe...it would be a great payback for him to be able to finish his work before he passes on to the unknown beyond. He deserves to find out, he has brought us to the point we are at now-Long Live the Hawking!

  • But we need to get our fingers out and focus on these issues first, instead of fighting each other over limited resources.

  • you see, now that is great thinking mate, but how do we tell that to the whole world, and even if we do, there will always be people who just won't listen, or understand how serious this could be

  • what are you talking about??

  • lol i thought the title said stephen hawking seriously third... i was like... wtf?

  • haha soo did i lol

  • loveeuro, wtf cant a person do research without sum child thinking immediately about porn? idiot.

  • Hawking did recover since this report and it looks like he will struggle on at least for the moment. His contribution to science and philosophy will forever be with us though regardless of when he kicks off!

  • @truthchannel Except the thing about Mr. Hawking is that he doesn't believe that he is "struggling". If he thought that his willpower would probably not have been very strong and as a result he probably wouldnt be around today..

  • @uot2no he doesn't want your prayers, he is an atheist

  • @BaltoMovie he believes thats there is some sort of god but with that he belive that god follows the rules just as we do and does not interfere with anything sort of like a server host guess lol

  • @aplejuice123 no he doesn't :/

"I do not believe in a personal God"

"There is a fundamental difference between religion, which is based on authority...science, which is based on observation and reason. Science will win because it works."

"The question is: is the way the universe began chosen by God for reasons we can't understand, or was it determined by a law of science? I believe the second."

Also while looking at wiki, his ex-wife said that he was an atheist. At most an in-closet agnostic

  • @BaltoMovie ok ok haha but at the end you did prove a lil of my point to haha, agnostic believes theres SOMETHING there but its cool bro noo worryies

  • How should I know I got that off my magic 8 ball :O

  • Yeah we'll all be laughing at your face once you get in a accident.

    A horrific accident.

  • How immature of you... in a split second any one of us could become severely paralyzed as well (car accidents etc..) I would suggest you not make fun.

  • haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • just because a man is funny looking he is not powerless, in the existence of a genious some secret agency might steal body parts fropm nonimportant people. so be careful and afraid my friend. gangsters didnt make nuclear bombs.

  • I hope deeply he gets well.

  • the media is so stupid.....

  • agreed

  • Get Well Soon mate :D

  • Get well, professor

  • Get well Soon Prof. Hawking

  • oh my god, we r gonna lose another genius...

  • Get well, professor Hawking!

  • He made a full recovery, God blessed this man, i cant believe he cant move his arms and stuff

  • Yes, God blessed Mr Hawking to continue his work to disprove religion.

  • i don't think disproving religion is his aim

  • i dont think you you needa genious to disprove religion, you just need less people that are naive enough to believe in it.

then again it brings happiness to some so...

  • Well, I would rather believe and find out it's not true, than not believe and find out it is :)

  • chicken

  • You rather believe in a man made fairytale, because of fear. Than to acknowledge that by the act of "believing" you also defy the importance of logic?

  • God be with him. May he have a long life and much happiness. Hope he solves a great and special mystery before we lose him.

  • why do geniuses get ALS? Stephen hawkins, Jason becker

  • i met him once, well helped with his heavy electric chair and served him when i worked at the dury lane hotel in london in my early teens. it always struck me how genuinly pleasant his manners were in that he bothered to make the effort to say 'thank you' (well his computer said it but u get the idea)

    Good speed in recovery genius.

  • poor guy.... smartest guy ever and he cant even lift his arms above his head

  • It's absolutely amazing that Professor Hawking has been able to live with ALS for this long, as he was first diagnosed over 45 years ago. It will be a shame when it takes him, but I doubt it will happen any time soon.

  • Wishing you a fast and full recovery Stephen Hawking, you are one of the most brilliant minds of our time.

  • He is Blessed to live all of these years with his chronic disease and still have a voice in modern science.

  • This is a day I have dreaded; we are about to lose one of humanities best.

Some are trying to keep a positive face, but Hawking is done; he's at death's door. I'll bet he doesn't live to see the week-end.

The world is a better place having had Hawking; RIP my friend!

  • Dude, he's not dead yet....geez, the latest news says that he will make a full recovery...

  • Don't write him off mate. Positive thoughts only.

  • blimey cheery , what do you do for an encore? drown kittens ? lol.

    he'll make it through

  • Best wishes to Professor Hawking and hopes for a speedy recovery

  • I hope that he get's better because he is a true insperation.

  • He needs to fight against this world that for some reason puts all the smartest people at a disadvantage and shoots all the crap straight to the top!

  • Damn man, best wishes from everyone here. . .

  • bummer

  • Comment removed

  • During his life and after his death, he will remain a living legend, forever!!

  • This may be the end this time. He was a great scientist.
