middle octave: octave key, six fingers down, and right pinkie key directly below your third finger

lower octave: its regular D but you roll your right hand up to push down the first side key.

hi i hav a queston.im kinda a new clarinet player (well i satrted in 5th grade and now im in 6th) and i dont know wht notes are in measure 4note 1 .o and also wht do those 7 things mean next 2 the notes?

@boggle12345677 Measure 4, note 1, that note is a D#, or Eb. You finger it like a D, but you add an extra key on the side of your clarinet. You might wanna look at a fingering chart.
