She is really good. No, really. I've 7.5 for speaking myself, but I'd  definitely suck comparing to her. the only confuse here is advantage-adventure, the rest is quite good. at least 7.5 imo.

What is the score for this level? Rae is really good in my opinion.

The score is subjective and even with two examiners there'll be a slight difference of opinion depending on when and where the test took place. If Rae had taken the test with her current skill in 2006 she would probably have got an 8. In 2008 she probably would have got a 7.5. The exam is getting harder so her current ability might get her a 7 if she did it today. Please note that everything changes under exam conditions and a band 8 speaker could get band 6.5 under pressure.
