  • How many calories do you think you eat each day? It sounds like under 500. I like your plan and I know I can do that plan so easily as I am never hungry on HCG. Thanks for sharing. Hey - I miss our friend Zoe......:-(......I hope she is having a wonderful trip!!!!

  • 500-700 calories/day...I miss her too.

  • Diane - what do you usually eat on P2? I like to stick to certain things and not spend ALL DAY over a tiny meal....LOL. Any good suggestions?????  C

  • I drink my Starbuck's Venti Iced Coffee with Soy Milk and Truvia Sweetener. Then wait until 2 or 3pm and have an apple or another Iced coffee and then I have my grilled beef sometimes with tomato around 5pm. If I'm really hungry in the evening I'll have a salad with asparagus or lettuce and onions with apple cider vinegar and sea salt.

  • Diane, P3 does not really interest me either except the part that resets your H Gland. I would rather stay on P2 and lose weight. Can you tell me what are the main things you eat on P2? I like it simple and easy and not make a big deal out of tiny little meal. LOL......I so enjoy "talking" to you. Take care. C

  • P3 is not so fun. I don't like P3 actually. I don't even look forward to the foods on P3. I like P2 because I like the feeling I have when I am on P2 and I am thinking of going back to P2 in a couple of days although I haven't done the full 3 weeks yet. Only 2 weeks right now.

  • I'm sure you have plenty of BEFORE pictures to show your clients, so dropping another 20# isn't a bad idea. I'm sure they will ALL want to do what you have done.

  • I never had a problem having clients or keeping them. Weight was never an issue and connected to my success and popularity as a personal trainer. I can honestly say that I'm a rarity in this business. Most of my colleagues are disconnected to their clients and don't even have the desire to connect. I do and my receive constant feedback from this trait. Helping people in need for empowerment through movement and physical strength is my purpose in life. It is very natural to me.

  • Are you doing any exercise routines while on P3. Do you get any cravings for sugar on P3. Do you find yourself getting hungry during the day or late at night.

  • I little bit of strength training. Am thinking of going back to boxing but I have to be on one more round to lose the rest of this weight so I'll have o stop my intense training if I do start with boxing again.

  • Congrats on your upcoming ventures. Happy for you and glad you are feeling better emotionally re the man issue. That is always good to get past and be happy about where you are in a good space in your head, in yourself. Great things going on for you and you recognized not to get held back with him or anyone else for that matter. That is wise. I just began p3 or break today and feeling a bit blah but am gonna enjoy it before going bk to p2.

  • I can't stand p3! Not that I'm having pangs of eating. I just dont like the waiting and not being able to lose the rest of this weight. I have 25-30 lbs more to go.

  • Yeah but am rarin' to go to lose the weight. The men are after me but I dislike them. They are a joke to me now. I see them very differently now. But then I see me differently. I now have my choice of men. I'm talking about high caliber of man as a partner is not a dream for me any longer... :)
