  • You Could Try Tuna that 29g of protien per 100g and is rich in Omega3 also Cod(fish) thas has 36g of protein per 100g and has little or no fat content,And Coffee is a real good fat burner and After each workout Drink Lucozade recovery which has whey powder and is low in fat to repair them fast twitch and slow twitch muscles also keep away from fruit juice like orange juice you better off eating an orange intsead of drinking orange juice,Kidneybeans ar a great meat free

  • sucralose is NOT sugar, it is made from sugar however it does not raise your insuling level and DOES not act like sugar in the body, it is undigested

  • thats what i do too. Eat low fat foods. But if your a body builder its ok to eat a lil fat because fat is what gives you energy and any excess fat you dont burn goes straight to your stomach which covers your abs. So dont hate on this girl cause she knows what shes doing. As you can see she has abs

  • fat free is not always fat free but you can splendor a little, to have 6 pack abs, you need to be a health nut like her plus exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week. You need to be strict and stay on track or you will be back to your normal body because your body hates that your changing and food hunger is one. Great Video!!

  • I really like your advice...seems like you know a lot. I read endless fitness magazines,work out at the gym at least five days a week and eat 80% clean. Still it's inspiring to actually see in "virtual" real time what we should be eating and how to take care of our bodies healthfully.

  • You have a killer set of abs lady! Whole grains are a better choice, but make sure when you read the lables that there are no refined grains/flour.(sometimes they do hide in there) All in all you do eat extremely clean, but like others have said, too many "fat-free" foods can result in having more sugars, and unhealthy sweeteners that can cause the body to hold more abdominal fat(not a problem in your case tho lol)

  • actually almost anybody will tell you that abs are made in the kitchen..she has abs primarily because she keeps her body fat % down..you really should only work your abs 3-4 days a week and for only 20-30 minutes..overworking your abs and not enough rest wont do you any good..

  • take Spirulina capsules, natures richest source of nutrition n protein. i take 6 daily, google it

    eat more wholegrains & fibre, fresh fruits, green veg. make sure ur gettin enough iron. try soy milk, make sure it has vitamin b12, if ur like me n hate soy milk have it ina shake. i usually blend banana + flaxseed, sunflower

    seed(essential fatty acids)...drink heaps of water! stay away from processed high salt foods. cardiom ab exercises. make sure u eat protein n carbs after .good luck!

  • Hey, you look fantastic, but I'm watching your diet video and you are cutting out way too much fat from your diet. Eating fat doesn't get stored by your body immediately, you have to dose up with sugar to trigger that response. You should eat the yolks in your eggs, it's probably one of the best sources of fat. Drizzle some olive oil on your salad and add FISH to your diet. It's an even more efficient source of protien.

  • u would need to combine plant protiens to make up a complete protien in order to build muscle- soya is good u, can get soya protien shakes from a health store, go easy on the complex and simple/ high GI carbs if ur going to be sitting around or in bed after u eat them- then high intensity training at least 4 times a week- such as martial arts-alternatively high repetition weight training 3 times a week and cv 70%MHR for 45 minsfor 5-6 times a week should do the trick ;)

  • It's cool that you care about your health & diet & appearance! Nobody believes me when I tell them I eat whatever I want -cookies and cake DAILY-(yes, I do like healthy food, too) and NO, I do NOT take diet supplements and NO, I am NOT bulimic. Diet is just different for everyone. So is metabolism. That is where I got lucky! Great vids. Keep it up!!

  • It's important to eat healthfully but remember, life is all about having a good time. You can be sexy and enjoy food too. I have a muffin now and then, chocolate occasionally, a thin slice of cake sometimes, and I use margarine daily and I'm only 140 pounds. I'm starting to get abs (very slowly) and I'm still enjoying my food (to a degree). Just because you want to be fit you don't have to totally give up treats. When you eat chocolate (rarely) try to eat dark chocolate.

  • I just wanted to say that with about 6-8 meals a day or 42-56 meals a week on a strict diet (2xbodyweight for carbs and 1.5 bodyweight for protien, green vegetables, dairy, low fat, etc) it is okay to have at most three meals of any damn thing you want. Big Mac at mcdonalds or ben and jerrys...WHAT EVER! keep your insanity when you live, just dont make those foods the staples in your diet.

  • Even though women have more fat than men and i don't know what your exercise program is but as a man who swims 5 ocean miles daily i need all the healthy fat i can get my hands on in fact my percent body fat is 4-6% and i have a hard time keeping enough fat on my bones but than swimming will do that to you. I wonder what your body fat is, is it healthy enough though you look great. Too many people are under tha assumption that low fat is good

  • Hey, thanks for the video. Interesting diet. I've made a slow progression towards these kinds of foods, including no-yolks and skim milk. I've got a cholesterol issue, a sweet tooth, and love fast food unfortunately (Carls Jr., Burger King, and Del Taco especially). I'll try the Krusteaz mix. Anyways, what is your take on Egg Beaters, Top Ramen, or PBJ sandwiches (I use Orowheat double-fiber bread)?

  • peanut butter is fine as long as its nautral. its a fat though, so you shouldnt have more than 2 teaspoons of it A DAY. That means you cant have any oliveoil either if you decide to eat peanut butter that day.

    Egg beaters tend to have alot of chemicals in them, so be careful. Ramen=horrible. get away from it. now.

    I have 13% right now and I can not see my abs. Yes, some of it is genetics with fat distribution but the general popular must have around 10% to have visible abs.

    Do not take or assume things from context. She never said that they are nutritious, she just said that they do not have fat, which leads to more calories.

    I mean im 14 i spend 24 hours a week in water polo and swim team and i need to get bigger not lose weight. I mainly though just eat ALL DAIRY and carbs and protein in every meal though too.

  • Seafood has less fat and more protein:) Just stay away from the big tuns and salmon they have the most fat although itis full of omega fat which is good. For a good crunch use panko bread crumbs(japanese). You can also go to Max Muscle and buy super egg whites in a gallon jug with a cool pump. Jen you are a champion, and someone to follow with confidence!

    in skim milk all vitamin-D has been removed due to pasteurization and so no calcium can be absorbed,ever.
