everytime i do it I'm getting a shortcut to mame and once i click on it, its saying no games found. its not even letting me put the games into it first. and once i extract the file its telling me that it already exists yada yada and if i wanna overwrite or rename. try to delete it all and start over but getting the same thing and dont even get the big blue MAME logo stuff either Am i doing something wrong

@t6216pc I have Neo geo bios in the rom folder but the emulator dos'nt seem to notice it. Also I recently upgraded my mame version but now games that worked fine before are now gone from it's list.

Yeah, I understood pretty much understood what to do except at 2:12. For some reason, I couldn't find those files...(I also have Vista and Winrar so my Laptop is pretty much the same as what you have.)
