@94chloedavies mmm, you mean you lean forward or back? maybe engage your core and hold your self up? then it would counter the back arching or moving?
My Ballet teacher said keep your weight on the ball of the foot(the standing foot) that way you don't have to adjust if you have to go up in point or something like that. just thought i'd share that.
Anyone got any tips on keeping your back straight i really struggle because ive got a flexible back?? (:

I do this is ballet every week. Watching these videos makes me want to try them. Tomorrow I will, since its getting late tonight.
