The BPM counter keeps changing on my radius 3000 whilst i'm on cds, and I don't know if it's meant to do that, or if you can keep it at the same all the way through or not. It will go from like 80 to 266 or something, it's so annoying and theres no sync button to save you! Any help?

Whats better the american audio radius 3000's or the reloop rmp 3 alpha's? they both have the same sort of stuff on, however imo the reloop rmp's have a nicer layout.

I am thinking about getting these as my first CD deck's, i had a set of 1210mk2's but i'm finally upgrading and getting something more modern, i love the sd and usb input as that works great for me because i have ALOT of music.

but still, this is the coolest lowcost player I've ever used. pretty nice functions. BUT this is probably another of thoose players in wich it's just a matter of time untill cue knob / play knob / lasers go kaput.

in my honest opinion, the problem with this player is: it is not good enough for pro use, but STILL to expensive and complex for begginers

for this price it is an very good product! scratching with a sample is also

a nice option. It can't compare with the actual Pioneer Players and it's

very nice midi/digital function (stand 2010)

but they also have an midifunction which works very good =).

This Product is a nice start in the DJ World because you can also gain some

experience in the (maybe) future of djing. Digital DJing.

Im upgrading from numark axis 9's but hopefully going to sell my vinyl decks, with such amazing technology in the cd decks im just finding vinyl impractical, plus I do scratching aswell as mixing so I go through needles like theres no tommorow.

Every actor on the market put themselves in the first room saying, that we have the best shit in the world.

However, after tearing through tonnes of stuff i can safely say that american audio, JB systems, skytech, stageline are among the worst producers in the world.

Their stuff maybe worx for a mobile dj with minor gigs, but no way for a pro and a real club enviroment.

If you buy it, well dont whine when it breaks, cause it will, it just a matter of time.

Hey I just bought these and I love the media player section sd and usb. I recently tried the cd player feature for the unit in a couple seperate gigs I djed, and It skipped, like a reloop. At first I thought it was the brand of discs, and the speed burnt or just dirty. But no, both of my decks do it. Anyone else have this issue?

It's more a combination of the pioneer cdj400 and the cdj900 rather then the 1000 and the 2000

This deck looks really impressive.. but so have a few decks I've looked at (until i tried them that is) I remember when the denons were coming out with the deck that have a moving platter i was all hyped for that, but then they came out and i was disappointed.. I personally can't seem to find a better deck that works for me other than pioneer. As much as it is about the layout and the features

@djslickrix i found that the cdi series where more intuitive then the cdj's, but the cdj's are just the most decent out there. cdi's however give more for a lesser price then pioneer. again the sound quality of pioneers usually is better though.

I've got my pair of these and i must say they are more durable and harder than i was expecting. These will definitely take a beating. I got mine for £350 each and am more than happy so far. Time will tell as far as build quality but so far so good.

i think this it extremely good for its price compared to the Pioneer cdj 800.

Look at the Pioneer cdj 200 for instance it it around £450 and these are around £400 and these are better.

Its ok. It is like a pioneer 400. The only downer is that it has no text display as a midi controller. It goes blank. All those pretty lights go out. I think the price is going to be about 500 bucks vs the cdj 500 plus. Ive been waiting for this but I have changed my mind. I'll pay the extra 200 for a pair of 400s.
